Faculty Trainers

Faculty trainers provide certification and train the trainer seminars for experienced professionals who use the Emotional Skills Assessment Process (ESAP)© and emotional intelligence learning models of Drs. Darwin Nelson and Gary Low. The prerequisites for faculty trainer certification are: (a) demonstrated competence in research, application, and training with the ESAP© model, (b) publication of original quantitative or qualitative research in refereed journals, (c) the recommendation and endorsement of the current faculty, and (d) a commitment to quality research, teaching, and training as evidenced by continuous personal and professional development. The EITRI faculty is comprised of the following individuals:

• Rick Hammett, M.S.M., M.Ed. (Business & Education)
• Ross Ellis, Ph.D., (Business & Psychology)

We invite experienced professionals who have completed our certification seminars to affiliate with the organization as professional members. We need and seek a diversity of knowledge, skills, and experience to further develop the theory, assessment, and emotional learning systems that we have initiated.
