Emotional Intelligence Workshop for Executives/Professionals. Presented by EITRI and AS Consulting & Coaching.

The experiential system is the lead system for person-centered learning, positive change, and growth.  This workshop is for anyone interested in engaging and working with others to achieve such learning, change, and growth. The Emotional Skills Assessment Process® (ESAP®) is a positive assessment of Emotional Intelligence created and managed by Emotional Intelligence Learning Systems, Inc (EILS).  EILS's mission is to help indi­vid­u­als and orga­ni­za­tions iden­tify strengths and areas for improve­ment by offer­ing  research-derived assess­ments, ser­vices, and learning mate­ri­als for achiev­ing mean­ing­ful growth and change. This workshop will focus on thirteen ESAP® measures including assertion, comfort, empathy, decision making, leadership, commitment ethic, self-esteem, stress management, and 5 additional emotional skills and related competencies. The positive assessment process and emotional learning system© taught during this workshop is used for EI consulting, training, and coaching in the exploration, identification, understanding, learning, and application of important skills for career and life. The identification and improvement of EI problematic areas is also covered during the workshop.
